By understanding precisely what your market wants you can reduce the number of lost customers, improve customer satisfaction and increase loyalty and profits.
What does BenchmarQ give me?
First, we develop a questionnaire tailored to your business and then we conduct as many telephone interviews with your customers as you feel appropriate. A comprehensive report will then be produced highlighting your strengths and weaknesses. Finally, we’ll present you with a BenchmarQ™ certificate showing the level of customer satisfaction achieved:
