Exclusively developed by QMS, BenchmarQ™ measures customer satisfaction and allows us to gather honest and accurate feedback on your performance from customers.

By understanding precisely what your market wants you can reduce the number of lost customers, improve customer satisfaction and increase loyalty and profits.
What does BenchmarQ™ give me?
First, we develop a questionnaire tailored to your business and then we conduct as many telephone interviews with your customers as you feel appropriate. A comprehensive report will then be produced highlighting your strengths and weaknesses. Finally, we’ll present you with a BenchmarQ™ certificate showing the level of customer satisfaction achieved:
