What is BenchmarQ™?
BenchmarQ™ is a process to measure customer satisfaction, which has been exclusively developed by QMS. It enables us to gather honest and accurate feedback from your customers and report back on what you are doing well, and on any areas where you need to improve.
Why do I need it?
By understanding what your customers really want, you can ensure that you are providing it better than anyone else, which will:
Reduce the number of lost customers
Improve customer satisfaction
Increase loyalty
Increase profits
What do I get from QMS?
We will develop a questionnaire that can be amended for your business. Telephone interviews are carried out on your required number of customers (see below).
A comprehensive report of the findings will be produced, highlighting areas of strength and weakness.
(All of the information provided by you and your customers will, of course, be treated in the strictest confidence.)
At the end of the process, a Benchmarq™ certificate will be awarded to you, according to the level of overall consumer satisfaction, as detailed below:
