Cimex was set up 7 years ago to develop interactive solutions for CD-ROMs, now it has evolved into internet, extranets, intranets, enhanced and interactive TV and mobile technologies.

This success is due to its size enabling a flexible approach to suit clients' needs. As the industry is relatively new, how to select the right partner is a potential minefield. Internally there has been tremendous value in going through the application, which made us reassess the way we manage processes."
