ISO 9001 - Quality Management

Our streamlined Certification Process allows you to become ISO 9001 certified with minimal disruption to your organisation

Step One – A qualified QMS assessor will visit your premises

To begin the ISO 9001 certification process a QMS assessor will need to visit your business to review your organisation’s current processes and procedures. Using our ‘Keep it Simple’ approach, the assessor will compare these against the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard.

From the assessment the QMS assessor will have the information required to draft your Quality Management System (QMS) manual, revising or formulating any procedures which are required for your organisation to meet the Standard. At this point the draft manual and assessment report will be submitted to an independent technical panel for review.

Step Two – You will receive the assessment report and Gap-Analysis

Following review the assessment report, inclusive of the gap analysis, will be forwarded to your organisation highlighting any rectifications which will need to be made before you can receive your certification.

Step Three – ISO 9001 Certification

Subject to the quality management manual being approved the QMS assessor will return to your organisation on a pre-booked date to check that rectifications have been addressed. If all is correct then the draft manual and ISO 9001 certificate will be presented to your organisation.

It is your organisation’s responsibility to check over the manual for any referencing inconsistencies (e.g. spelling of names) and notify our team as soon as possible. Once this is done, we will make the necessary changes and send out ‘Issue 1′ of the final manual by electronic format for you to maintain.

Annual Audits

As per the ISO 9001 standard an annual audit is required over the period of certification to ensure the Quality Management System is being operated effectively and is achieving its objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for you to use your auditors knowledge and experience to achieve maximum results from your Quality Management System.
