For a second year in a row, QMS has made it onto the Best Companies Ones to Watch list. This has been achieved by maintaining ‘good’ levels of engagement, whilst increasing the BCI (Best Companies Index) score.
Best Companies carry out employee surveys on behalf of organisations such as QMS, asking questions based around staff engagement. Best Companies collates the answers, helping to protect employee confidentiality and increase the likelihood of honest, valuable feedback. By asking for feedback in this way, organisations gain a better understanding of the employee experience and can improve their performance.
We’re delighted that whilst going through another very busy year, with plenty of change throughout the business, we have succeeded in retaining our ‘One to Watch’ accreditation.

QMS currently employs over 90 colleagues who work together towards one shared goal; to deliver a great service that meets the needs of our 8000 customers. A goal that is being achieved according to the average score of 4.9/5.0 (average score for 2018) given by those same customers through Feefo, a third party review site.
Over the years, QMS has supported its colleagues with training courses and professional qualifications such as the IRCA Lead Auditor training. They also continue to give back to the community through regular events arranged by a dedicated charity committee.
