Business Development Consultant

We are looking for proven sales top performers to join our vibrant sales team. You should have the desire to overachieve and you will be rewarded accordingly. 

You will need to be able to quickly identify customer requirements, matching our services to our customers’ needs and providing guidance for clients seeking ISO certification, from initial enquiry through to conversion of sale.

Customer Retention Advisor

A position has arisen in our Retention team for a Customer Retention Advisor. The primary function of the role is to manage the retention of our customer base to ensure that we continue to grow year on year, providing advice and guidance to customers who express an interest in cancelling or renewing their certification contract.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communicator 
  • Resilient, adaptable, strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task / prioritise appropriately 
  • Must have proven retention and customer service experience 
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to think on their feet
  • Work autonomously 
  • Be able to make decisions where necessary to drive performance
  • Previous B2B experience 
  • Computer literate; previous experience of working with salesforce an advantage 
  • Must be driven to meet targets 
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Liaison Officer

We are on the lookout for a new member of the Technical team, based in our Norwich office.
The core purpose of the role is the processing of Audits including logging and filing evidence received and dealing with any related queries.  
This is a busy role and the following core skills are required:

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills (both verbal and written) and a polite and friendly telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Must be computer literate in Excel & Word.

Knowledge of ISO Certification advantageous but training will be provided.
