1st Line Support Advisor

Are you an experienced customer support advisor looking for a new challenge? We're looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable and great at building relationships to thrive in this role.

As a 1st line support advisor for us, your primary role will be to process existing client requests for mid-contract changes, including issuing new contracts and addendums in timely response and provide excellent customer support to our customers.

Remote Services Administrator

As a Remote Services Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the preparation of Upgrade documentation, within Atlas ISO and in MS Word format to ensure the field team can conduct each visit type successfully.

You will provide Atlas ISO support to field colleagues and clients and assisting the Remote Audit Technicians to gather evidence. Providing support, where required, to enhance Atlas ISO, including system testing and research.

Customer Retention Advisor

As a Customer Retention Advisor you will play a key role in renewing client contracts and retaining customers. If you’re motivated, resilient and have excellent influencing and negotiation skills and want to earn a heap in bonuses, you could be just who we’re looking for.

Your key tasks will be to manage the retention of our customer base to ensure that we continue to grow year on year, provide guidance and advice to customers who express an interest in cancelling or renewing their certification contract and gather and share customer feedback to help us continuously improve our service.

ISO Lead Auditors - Oxford, Reading, Crewe and Birmingham

We are looking for experienced ISO Consultants/Lead Auditors to join our growing team of field Consultants.

You will have experience of conducting ISO audits externally, and ideally hold a lead auditor qualification. Good knowledge of various ISO standards is desirable for example; 9001,45001,14001,27001.

The role will be home based, though you must be willing to travel to clients within your region and be able to work to defined submission deadlines. You will hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own car.

In return for you experience and expertise – we offer a great package, with OTE earnings of £55,000 per annum – along with other benefits, including Car Allowance, Pension, Health Plan, 5 weeks’ holiday, plus birthday day off, plus 8 paid Bank Holidays, Holiday purchase, Gym discounts, generous referral opportunities.
