Technical Services Administrator

We are looking for a colleague with excellent customer service skills for our Technical Services Administrator role.

You will be responsible for the administration and transition of client’s Management systems, whilst providing support and assisting the other members of the team. If you have excellent attention to detail, are well organised, and have great communication skills both verbal and written – then we’d love to hear from you!

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Norwich

Technical Liaison Officer

We are looking for a colleague with excellent B2B client liaison skills to support our clients to pass their audits in order for them to maintain their ISO certification. As a Technical Liaison Officer, you will be pivotal in proactively supporting our clients to maintain certification during the lifespan of their contract.

If you have excellent attention to detail, are well organised, and have great communication skills both verbal and written – then we’d love to hear from you!

Do you have experience conducting audits, ideally externally? If you live in the Birmingham, Kent, London, Newcastle, Reading, Swindon or Cambridgeshire areas and would be willing to travel to clients within your region and work to defined submission deadlines – we’d love to hear from you!
