  1. IDENTIFICATION
    Our experts will get to grips with your business during a two-day consultation, learning its key functions and essential processes. Using this information, they will evaluate the gaps in your disaster planning and put the critical information into a Gap Analysis Report.

  2. ACCESS
    To make access easy and secure, we’ll upload your report to our digital cloud platform, QMS Connect. Using the platform, you can access and download your documents at a time and place that suits you, set tasks for your colleagues or get in touch with our experts.

  3. PLAN
    To help you fill the gaps, our experts will create a Business Impact Assessment. This evaluates the outcomes of disruption, such as lost sales, customer dissatisfaction or contractual penalties. You can then use this information to prepare your business’ response and improve your recovery.

  4. CREATE
    With the knowledge gained from your Gap Analysis Report, Business Impact Assessment and the guidance of our experts, you can draw up a robust business continuity plan. This will include all the procedures your business needs to keep it up and running, no matter what happens.

  5. MAINTAIN
    To keep your new procedures watertight, additional documentation will also be given to you as part of the package, which includes Key Supplier Lists, Threat and Risk Assessment Matrices and Recovery Locations.

Your business and the risks it faces can change over time. If you’d like to stay on top of them, you can opt for an annual visit from one of our expert consultants.

During the visit our consultant will review all of your continuity plans and update them so that you have the frameworks in place to cope with a crisis.

They will also help you to test them using scenarios specific to your business. This means that you can be confident about your business’ ability to cope and make the right decisions at the right time. Communication is also key, so our expert will check that your communication plans are watertight and that key personnel know their responsibilities.

HOW MUCH DOES THE BUSINESS CONTINUITY SOLUTION COST?

The cost of each bespoke Business Continuity Solution is based on whether you opt for a one-off session with our experts or an additional annual review.

A one-off session starts at £799 per day, with most businesses requiring a two-day consultation.

If you would also like to receive an annual review of your plans and communications, this will cost another £799 per day. Reviews are usually carried out over just one day.
