To begin, you will be asked to send over your existing Manual for a free review – simply send us an electronic copy (including all procedures referred to in it) and a member of our technical team will review it, generating a report, to confirm whether it still meets the requirements of the Standard. Please note: Subsequent reviews will be chargeable at the standard rate.
Once we have completed our review, we will need to visit your sites to perform a compliance audit. This will enable us to check that the processes and procedures being followed on site reflect those detailed within your Manual, and that everything meets the requirements of the Standard.
Once the compliance audit has been successfully completed, you will receive your new QMS certificate.
