For the second year in a row, QMS has earned the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award for providing a high quality service to customers. Only the highest rated companies, as voted for by their customers, can earn this reward.
Feefo is a Google recognised, third party who collect feedback and service ratings from verified QMS International customers. They run the Trusted Service Awards annually, presenting the best performing companies who have received an average review score greater than 4.0/5.0.
To win the coveted gold award a company must reach an average score of at least 4.5. QMS surpassed this minimum requirement with 895 reviews and an average score of 4.8 – proof that QMS’ customers really value the services we have provided.

In addition to the customer review score, Feefo record the Net Promoter Score (NPS) – an indication of how likely a customer is to recommend the services to others. QMS’ customers have stated that they are very likely to recommend QMS’ services giving an average NPS of 76 for 2017. Companies scoring an NPS over 70 are considered to be world-class service providers, so this score speaks volumes for the esteem to which customers hold QMS’ services.
Feefo publish only confirmed reviews, matching them to legitimate transactions, to help combat the rising issue of fake reviews. By doing this Feefo believe they are providing customers with a genuine representation of the services and products that individual businesses offer.
