QMS Employer of the Year Finalist 2022


We’re thrilled to be a finalist at the Norfolk Business Awards 2022! 

After two rounds of judging, we’re delighted to be named as a finalist in the Employer of the Year category. 

 “This award recognises the evolution of employee engagement and its impact on the workplace. It looks to showcase organisations that have evolved a culture and ethos that is people-centric.” (Norfolk Business Awards 

The judges called QMS a “well-aligned” and “focused” business with inspiring leadership. “Where culture and engagement are a driving force behind the overall financial success of the business”. They also said that the business demonstrated a “comprehensive range of progressive people strategies that recognise diversity and show that staff are at the forefront of the business. “(Page-suite) 

This year, the awards’ theme is Grow Better Together. This recognises the focus on building a supportive and engaging team, working together to achieve great things for all. This is exactly what we base our company values on. Our people are the heart of our company, so we show it. We promote a nurturing culture that values the happiness, wellbeing, and development of all our employees.
